You can order your Kora device from our shop. Once you receive your device, follow the setup instructions included in the box. You can also visit our Get Started page for detailed setup instructions.
Orders are typically delivered within 2-3 weeks. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Kora Home AI is currently available as a mobile application for iOS. The Kora device itself works with companion apps on your phone or tablet.
Yes. Kora is designed for family use, including children, under parent or guardian supervision. Adults manage account setup, connected services, permissions, and household settings. If you have questions about family account safety or child data, contact us at support@korahome.ai.
Kora only accesses data with your explicit permission. If you choose to connect your Google account, Kora may use Google Sign-In for authentication and access Google Calendar data to sync calendar events. We do not sell personal information. We only share data with service providers when needed to run core features, including AI functionality. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
Kora Home AI is available as a standalone iOS app. We also offer Kora hardware for an enhanced home experience. Some features shown on our website may be planned future features and may not be available in every product experience yet.
