These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of KoraHome AI Inc. services, including our standalone iOS app, hardware-supported experience, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account unless applicable law allows otherwise with valid parental consent.
Kora is designed for family households. Minors may use Kora under parent or guardian supervision. The adult account holder is responsible for household permissions, connected services, and use by minors.
You are responsible for your account credentials and activity under your account. You agree to keep account information accurate and current and to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Kora currently supports family organization features such as calendars, tasks, reminders, and related household workflows through our iOS app and hardware experience where available.
Some capabilities shown in product materials may be planned for future release. We may add, remove, or modify features over time. References to future functionality are informational and not a promise of availability by a specific date.
Hardware purchases may be processed through third-party commerce or payment providers. Pricing, shipping, taxes, returns, and refunds may be subject to the checkout terms shown at purchase.
You agree not to misuse the Services. This includes, without limitation, not to:
Kora includes AI-assisted functionality. AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and decisions made using the Services.
You may choose to connect third-party services (for example, calendar providers). Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

The Services, including software, design, logos, and content provided by Kora Home AI, are owned by KoraHome AI Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KoraHome AI Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or where required to protect users, the Services, or applicable legal obligations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the laws of the province or territory in Canada where KoraHome AI Inc. is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
